1. Made-to-Order Items (Important)
All products are produced **only after your order is placed**.
For this reason, we do **not accept returns or refunds** for:
* Incorrect size selected by the customer
* Change of mind
* Preference issues (fit, color tone, or style)
This approach supports sustainability and is **legally permitted under EU consumer law** for custom-made goods.

2. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
Free replacement or refund** if:
* There is a manufacturing defect
* You received the wrong item
# How to request support:
* Contact us within **14 days of delivery**
* Provide clear photos of the issue
* Include your order number
Once approved, we will take care of the rest.

3. Germany & EU Right of Withdrawal
Under EU law, customers usually have a **14-day right of withdrawal**.
However, according to **§312g Abs. 2 Nr. 1 BGB**, this right does **not apply** to:
